She is responsible for overseeing all administrative, financial, and operational support functions within the business, ensuring effective financial governance, regulatory compliance, and the efficient management of day-to-day business operations.
KEITH PETERSEN
Operations Director
Keith has over 33 years of combined experience across the manufacturing and corporate sectors, including 23 years in manufacturing and 10 years in corporate environments. He holds a diploma qualification together with various certified courses in manufacturing and related disciplines.
His extensive industry knowledge, technical expertise, and passion for manufacturing and restoration have been instrumental in driving the growth and development of the business venture.
MARK PETERSEN
Projects Director
Mark has over 29 years of experience in manufacturing and tank repair, having successfully executed a wide range of projects both nationally and internationally. He has completed various certified courses in Mechanical Piping and Tankage Solutions, further strengthening his technical expertise and industry knowledge.
Mark is committed to delivering high-quality workmanship and maintaining exceptional service standards, with a strong focus on ensuring client satisfaction throughout every stage of project execution.
ELOISE PETERSEN
Human Resources Director
Eloise is the other majority shareholder of the company and has a strong background in Human Resources management.
She is responsible for overseeing the efficient and profitable operation of the company’s Human Resources department, including workforce management, employee relations, organisational development, and the implementation of effective HR policies and procedures.
